As a first time car owner the service was AMAZING! Everything was explained thoroughly to me, I even received along with my bill a break down of what was done and what still needs to be changed! I will recommend to anyone. The staff was friendly and I even got a follow up call a few days after to ensure everything was fine.

This was one of the best experiences I ever had getting a vehicle repaired. The staff were professional and worked efficiently and most importantly, I felt that they were being honest and were looking for the most cost effective option. They even provided receipts and quotations via email – something that I have never been able to get a dealership to provide. They also provide a one-stop shop. Everything can be done there, mechanical, electrical and autobody repairs and tint.

I needed more servicing than just fluid changes so I came here. Staff were very helpful even letting me know where to check for tyres when they did not have in stock. They checked my suspension and changed break brake pads etc. Only issue I had was my hubcaps were not firmly put back on.

Management and staff are so polite and professional. They are knowledgeable and passionate about with they do and it shows. Clean and comfortable facilities as well they are very efficient.I want to shoutout Renell & Kester for assisting with identifying the issues in my car. I had been using another service provider that was left very stressed and stranded with an overheating engine – replaced engine and same issue. The manager’s word has no merit and bad business etiquette. So I took a steering rack to be serviced for someone. After a week and a half, I made contact with them, the manager said that the rack was modified before and that it was rusty….that made no sense and was not true, (How can the rack be rusty when the interior of the rack is filled with oil?). The rack was serviced before, however it was not modified. The manager promised to call me to say when it would be completed, she never called. The following Monday I called and told her the the person I’m helping with the rack wants to know what is stopping the completion of the job and she “the manager” said that she just came back into the country and was gonna make things right, and also promised to call me on that very day, “she never called”. Tuesday I call and said that the owner of the rack is becoming frustrated. So, she said that if the rack was not completed today “Tuesday”, that the deposit of $1500 will be refunded on Wednesday. She also she also promised to call me later on Tuesday and give me an update, she never called me on Tuesday. I didn’t call her on Wednesday as I wanted to give her the opportunity to redeem herself, however that never happened. I called Thursday morning about 9am and spoke to the secretary indicating that the owner wanted his money back. The secretary said she’s gonna have to call me back, which she did, indicating that the manager will call me shortly. The manager called me at 4:30pm saying that the rack was COMPLETED. Her ” the manager” word has no merit. So, today, Friday, I went for the rack and its still not completed, the rack is still open and the rack ends are still off the rack and they can’t locate the locks and as such, are unable to complete the job today. Now they say they are going to ask one of their workers to drop the rack for me later today. That will never happen, based on the experience thus far, but time will tell. If it is delivered today, I’ll come back and make another review, if not, this review will not need to be amended.

I had a great experience at The Service Terminal. My first visit was to get a service on my car, I was in constant contact via email and when I got there I was greeted as soon as I came. The staff was very knowledgeable. They made sure to let me know all the things that needed to be done and within a few hours my car was driving better than it has been for years.I will recommend here to anyone. I had an appointment carded for Saturday I called on Tuesday and asked for it to be moved up to Thursday they promised to call me back to confirm and they did.
